After years of recurring illness,
I chose a different path.
Through plant-based food, breathing,
cold exposure and strength,
my health has been stable for over 7 years.
Reserve with 1,500 THB - the remaining balance is paid on
arrival.

My story
This retreat was created from personal experience.
For a long period of my life, I struggled with my health. I was often ill with pneumonia, had ongoing digestive issues, and carried around 15 kilos of excess weight. I sought help from doctors, but the solution was mainly medication — treating symptoms without explaining why my body reacted the way it did.
This left me frustrated. I didn’t want a temporary fix, but a real understanding of what I could do differently myself.
That is why I began searching for knowledge on my own.
Through study, experimentation, and patience, I found a lifestyle that proved crucial for my health: a plant-based diet, eating at the right times, breathwork, cold exposure, strength training, and daily walks.
The results were significant.
I gradually regained my health, lost weight, gained more energy — and most importantly:
I have not been ill for over seven years.
This retreat was created to share that journey. Not as a set of rules or final answers, but as inspiration. My intention is to give others the opportunity to explore for themselves, listen to their bodies, and discover what works best for them.
The body has a remarkable ability to heal when it is given the right conditions.
A small retreat focused on what truly matters
This retreat is created for people who have tried many things and are looking for a simple, calm, and practical approach to health.
Here, we work with a few well-proven elements: the body, breathing, cold exposure, movement, and simple, plant-based food.
There is no performance, no dogma, and no pressure.
You take part at your own pace – with space for silence, reflection, and rest.
The retreat takes place in an intimate setting by the Mekong River
and offers the opportunity to step back, reconnect with the body, and bring something truly useful home.

The retreat is built on a few well-proven elements that support the body in finding calm and balance.
We work with breathing, cold exposure, movement, and simple, plant-based food – not as performance, but as quiet tools you can take with you going forward.
